THE VISION

To create a nurturing community where professionals are encouraged in the pursuit of fulfilling self-defined success. Collectively, we will sustain our strength and creativity through internal support and accountability.

I’m a Creative by spirit and an Administrator by practice. HireHue, LLC is a manifestation of my duality.

After earning my Master's of Public Administration, it didn't take long for me to realize that my “dream job” would never exist in a traditional work space. Quitting my first full-time job -without a plan - is easily one of the most important decisions I've ever made. It gave me the freedom to re-imagine how I would earn a joyful living and more importantly, how to actually LIVE.

I'm inspired by the creative power that I descend from. I dream of ensuring that Black people – of all backgrounds – are continually empowered by the creativity and knowledge that live within each of us. My deepest wish for each of us is to experience our fullest potential in safe spaces.

MY VALUES

I value Mindfulness, Authenticity, Liberation, and Community. I carry these values as intentions through our services and creative expression. As a proud HBCU graduate, I subscribe to the idea that cultural-based support increases personal progress.
